Website Use
This website is provided for general information, booking inquiries, and guest communication related to CowBoy Retreat.
Booking Requests
Submitting an inquiry or booking request does not guarantee a reservation until availability is confirmed and payment, if applicable, is completed.
Property Information
We try to keep all property details, photos, amenities, and availability accurate, but minor updates or changes may occur.
Guest Responsibility
Guests are expected to respect the property, follow house rules, and provide accurate information during the booking process.
Check In and Check Out
Check in is available after 4:00 PM.
Check out is before 11:00 AM.
Guests are expected to follow the check in and check out instructions provided before arrival. Early check in or late check out may be available only if confirmed in writing in advance.
House Rules
Guests must follow all property rules during their stay. The maximum occupancy for the property is 8 guests. Smoking restrictions, noise expectations, visitor limits, and general care of the property must be respected at all times. Failure to follow house rules may result in additional charges, cancellation of the reservation, or removal from the property where permitted.
Safety and Property
For guest safety, the property includes exterior security cameras on site. The home is also equipped with smoke alarms and a carbon monoxide alarm.
Parking and Access
Guests will receive check in instructions before arrival. The front door is equipped with a keyless lock. Parking is available in the driveway in front of the home, and free street parking may also be available. Guests should avoid parking on the left side of the driveway to keep access to the back of the home clear.
Cancellations and Refunds
All cancellations and refunds are subject to our posted Cancellation Policy. Please review that page carefully before booking.
Liability
We are not responsible for losses, delays, or damages caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including third party service interruptions.
